Linda holds a Marketing and International Business Degree, a Diversity and Inclusion Certification from Cornell University and Diversity and Inclusion Service Management ISO 30415:2021 certification from University of Georgia. Linda, alongside Ana Maria Desmaison Cornejo, is the co-founder of Ventura Collective. 

Linda was the first EDI consultant in Canada to be certified to implement ISO 30415:2021 Diversity and Inclusion Framework in organizations. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. 

Most recently Linda became a member of the Standards Council of Canada (SCC), the Canadian member of ISO - International Organization for Standardization. As an active member of the MC/ISO/TC 260 team, Linda will promote, develop, improve and sustain the ISO 30415:2021 standard internationally.
