Willow J. Anderson (she/her) is a white settler of English, Scottish, and Dutch ancestry. She is a consultant, trainer, and researcher who combines her profound belief in diversity, equity and inclusion with her need for meaningful inquiry and for quality processes and outcomes for her clients. Willow has an M.A. in Conflict Resolution from the University of Bradford and a Ph.D. from the University of New Mexico.

In addition to her research experience, Willow has a strong background in stakeholder engagement, training, and facilitation. She has both informal and formal training in professional facilitation; in fact, over the last seven years Willow has developed and delivered training for over 900 individuals, in numerous sectors and formats across Canada. In her spare time, she also serves as an accountability partner for fellow white-bodied individuals who seek to unearth, and change, their embeddedness in white supremacy culture.
