About The Program
The Inside Out Project is a group learning experience that fosters personal, team. and organizational transformation in a safe, accountable and resourced container. Together, we explore foundational teachings that empower us to address internal biases and behaviours hindering the creation of inclusive cultures. Through engaging workshops and coaching, participants explore their identities, privileges, and perspectives to cultivate inclusivity and empathy, bridging the gap between intention and impact in DEI efforts.

About the Program
The Inside Out Project: Our Future is Inclusive © is a 9-week program and a foundational solution in our family of education and cultural transformation platforms designed to build inclusive cultures from the inside out. Organizations and Businesses will register up to 7 staff/board members to participate in this program.
Participation in this program will empower teams by:
Building a common language and awareness of anti-racism and inclusion concepts;
Instilling confidence and ownership throughout different levels of the organization by providing a safe space to start examining complicity with racism;
Enabling inclusion and anti-racism capacity-building
Empowering leaders to begin the work to build a culture of emotional resilience for open dialogue on the topic of racism, anti-Black racism, and White Supremacy.
Delivery Format
This is an online, real-time, and cohort-based inclusion and equity training program that is intended to build awareness, empathy, and actionable strategies, promoting a more inclusive environment, enhancing organizational culture, and empowering individuals to challenge systemic inequalities.
This program includes:
Six two-hour workshops (12 hours of engaging content, group discussions and reflective learning).
Each participating team is invited to meet between workshops to collectively process and to prepare for workshops.
A 60-minute onboarding group/individual coaching session at the beginning of the program, a 60-minute coaching session mid-way through the program, and a 60-minute coaching session at the conclusion of the program.

We are all leaders with influence, capable of driving the necessary change in our communities. This program is for leaders and teams who are meeting participants where they are on their journey, using a no shame, no blame approach that respects everyone's dignity, safety, and belonging needs.
